Team rituals are beautiful. They give you a feeling of reliability and security, but most of all:

When we first started PAL OFFNER, we where overwhelmed by the uncertainty that goes along with founding your own business. Especially as we had to start with investments creating a collection, a brand, attending international fashion trade-shows etc. not knowing if anybody would actually order any piece of our collection. Everything seemed so insecure, sometimes reckless. And no matter how good your (business-) plan is, it remains just being a plan.    

It was this time, we were extremely lucky to team up with the best photographer and graphic designer duo we can think of: Marija Heinecke and Veronika Biebrich. This two strong women helped us develop our corporate identity as well as our first lookbook from day zero. They made us feel stronger as a team of 4 and their professional way of working was remarkable, especially as our budget was (start-up like) low. This is the right place to put a deep, big and honest THANK YOU to the two of you out there! We appreciate your ideas, your professionalism, your loyalty and your fun as much as your relaxed way of working soooo much.

The core team has remained the same since 2015. Over the years, we came up with the ritual of making team shots at the end of each shooting: “the organ”, random crazyness and varieties of that. ;-)

It’s nothing creative, it’s no big deal. It’s just a small ritual – but it makes you feel soooo good having fun together at the end of a great achievement and feeling the spirit you only feel in teams.
